How to Schedule an Ignition Interlock Device Installation Near You
Scheduling an interlock installation is often a simple and straight-forward process. The easiest way to do it is to call Intoxalock Ignition Interlock and set-up an appointment with one of our trained representatives. Intoxalock uses in-person representatives, so you won’t be given a recording to respond to. This ensures that all of your questions will be answered and that you’re getting exactly what you need to complete your installation.

What to Expect at Your Appointment
Your installation will take place at a service center of your choosing near you. At your local Intoxalock service center, one of our certified technicians will install your Intoxalock. This process can take 30-90 minutes depending on the type of ignition interlock device you’re having installed.
Once your new device is installed your technician will instruct you on how to properly use and care for it. If more question arise while using your device, you can call Intoxalock’s customer service line 24/7.
What to Expect After Installation
After your device is installed you will be required to have it calibrated at your service center every 30-90 days depending on your state’s requirements. A calibration is a check that is performed by your service center technician to ensure that your device is working properly. This helps to ensure that you’re meeting all of your state requirements and that your IID experience is as smooth as possible
When you’ve completed your ignition interlock requirement you can then call in to schedule an appointment to have your IID removed. For more information on device removal check out our installation and removal page.
