      What do I need to get my IID installed in Arizona?

      Do I need to have my state approval before scheduling my install?

      You do not need to have Arizona state approval to schedule your device installation. You can expedite the process by having the IID installed as soon as possible if your conviction requires it. Call us at 833-623-0200 to schedule now.

      When will my ignition interlock device start counting towards my required time?

      Your IID fulfillment period will begin once your device is installed and the state is notified. Following your completed installation appointment, your monitoring authority receives a notification from Intoxalock within 24 business hours.

      How long is the device required?

      Each persons’ required time for having the IID for driving will depend on legal details of their conviction. For Arizona DUI convictions, the requirement period falls within a 12 month to 2 year range.

      What information do I need to provide to schedule my Intoxalock installation? 

      You will need to provide your basic identification information – the same information that appears on your Arizona driver’s license - including your full legal name, address, driver license number, and date of birth. You also will need to indicate which state office is requiring you to have the IID – either the MVD (Motor Vehicle Division) or the Arizona Courts.  

      For a quote for your installation and your IID lease, you will need to provide the vehicle(s) make, model, and year for all vehicles you are having your device(s) installed on. 

      You will also need to provide the payment information to set up your installation. Intoxalock has secure safety protocols in place to protect your personal data.
