Client summary and search

Use the search feature to view all of your current clients, a group of clients, or an individual client you have been monitoring closely. The search function allows you to search by name, driver’s license number, date of birth, city/state.

Client participant pages

The participant page gives you all of the details about your client, including device type, installation date, next calibration date, vehicle information, and an overview of all of their logs.

Log summary

With one click from the participant page, you can scroll down and view all breath sample details for a client. You’ll be able to tell with just a glance if you need to dig deeper into the client’s account to review things like violation type, date/time, location of violation and BrAC reading.

Advanced reporting

When your clients use the Intoxalock eLERT or Home eLERT system, you will be able to view the following within minutes of any event:
  • Date and time of the BrAC reading
  • GPS location so you can track your clients making sure they stay within their restricted areas
  • Picture recognition so you can scan through photos making sure it is your client submitting the samples
