Erika Eckley is the Vice-President of Legislative Affairs for Intoxalock by Consumer Safety Technology Inc. She is also a Director of the Coalition of Ignition Interlock Manufacturers based in Washington DC, which represents ignition interlock providers in the US and its membership comprises 80% of the entire industry.

Previously, Ms. Eckley was the Vice-President of Government Affairs and Assistant General Counsel for the Iowa Hospital Association where she was responsible for state and federal advocacy on health care issues impacting Iowa’s 118 community hospitals. Ms. Eckley received her J.D. from Drake Law School and an M.P.A. from Iowa State University.
