Every year, Intoxalock hosts a scholarship competition for incoming and current college students. Each student makes a 30 to 60 second original PSA, and this year Angel Rodriguez’s entry has won.

A breath alcohol ignition interlock device, or BAIID, is a portable device that can test your breath alcohol content (BrAC). From there, the device estimates your blood alcohol content.

We’re offering college students a chance to earn a $3,000 Drunk Driving Prevention Scholarship by creating an original 30-60-second Public Service Announcement video on the dangers of drunk driving and the ways it can be prevented.
