      How Intoxalock Roadside Assistance Works

      In case of an emergency, the process is simple. Follow these easy steps to receive immediate assistance:

      1. Call the Motor Club service provider phone number

        Dial 1-844-226-7522 for 24/7 emergency roadside help. Make sure to have your Member Number, Producer Code, and Plan Letter handy, which can be found on your Motor Club membership document. If you are a Motor Club member and need help locating your membership information, call Intoxalock customer assistance at 888-283-5899.

      2. Provide Your Information

        The support team will request your location and details about your situation to ensure the right help is sent quickly.

      3. Wait for Assistance

        A roadside assistance service provider will be dispatched to your location. Services such as towing, battery jump-starts, flat tire changes, and fuel delivery are covered up to $100 per incident, with no upfront cost to you.

      4. Receive Service and Get Back on the Road

        Once the problem is resolved, you’ll be back on the road in no time. If additional mileage or services are required, these will be discussed and arranged directly with the service provider.
