To better accommodate a rapidly growing customer base, Intoxalock Ignition Interlock has opened a new contact center in Arizona. This facility will add to the representatives available at peak times in their existing Iowa facility and will allow flexible staffing opportunities.
When surveyed, customer feedback was consistent in showing a desire to have more channels to communicate with Intoxalock. This new contact center will add additional customer service representatives that will be able to reach customers in a variety of different ways including eChat, e-mail, texting communications, phone conversations with low wait times and more.
“It is important that we are available to customers and are able to address concerns quickly. This new call center is an investment in our customers that we are happy to make,” Jason Schwickerath, Contact Center Director said.
