2017 was a year filled with successes and growth. With lives saved and roadways protected, Intoxalock looks back on the impact ignition interlock devices have.
Numerous states added new ignition interlock laws this year. Others worked to strengthen the laws they already had. Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Nevada, Arizona are just a few of the states that worked to make their roads safer. These changes came about due to the overwhelming evidence that ignition interlocks keep intoxicated people off the road. Supported by MADD and their findings that 2.3 million drunk driving attempts have been stopped by IIDs in just 10 years.
More than 2,500 locations
Ignition interlock devices are important in the fight against drunk driving. It is also important to make the installation and upkeep of them as convenient as possible. Intoxalock does this by providing more than 2,500 locations for customers to go to for their ignition interlock needs. Having the most locations nationwide out of any IID provider, Intoxalock makes sober driving a reality.
