Exciting News For Our Valued Customers - Automated Recalibration is Here!
One of our primary goals is to deliver outstanding service to all of our customers on a consistent basis. We are putting in place some new automated features to help us meet that goal and to make your experience with our company as positive as possible.
We are pleased to announce a fully automated telephone system that allows you to easily use your phone to request your next recalibration. It's as simple as one-two-three. Here is how it works:
Step One: Call 1-877-734-1555 toll-free.
Step Two: Select option 1 for your recalibration. You will be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your social security number plus your zip code. If you reside in a state that requires us to collect your odometer reading, you will need to enter the current odometer reading as well.
Step Three: The system will confirm that your recalibration request was successfully processed. If so, your new unit will be sent to your assigned service center and you are all set! Also, if we have your email address on record, you will receive a confirmation with information about when to expect your unit to arrive.

And coming soon will be a Web-based account manager that will allow you to log in to the system and request recalibrations, make payments, track shipments, change your address and other important functions that you may now be calling us to assist you with. We'll keep you posted on when that is in place.
