Direct Exchange Recalibrations

Our "Direct Exchange" program is both very simple and easy for our customers.  For each of your recalibrations, we will send a newly calibrated unit directly to your home or address of your choosing.  You simply unplug your current unit at the cord connection and plug in the new unit.  The expiring unit must be returned to CST for information download. 

To complete the return, put the expiring unit in the box you received the new unit in and replace the current UPS label, with the enclosed ARS label.  Then just drop the package off to any UPS carrier to ship back.  On year-long leases, we pay for regular shipping, both directions, to anywhere in the continental US.  (There may be charges for expedited shipments and shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.) 

With every new unit, you will receive a CST Recalibration Work Order.  This Work Order will show your next recalibration date in the upper right-hand corner.  You will want to keep all of these documents as some states require they be presented to obtain your unrestricted license.
