What to Do If Your Device Is Stolen

Thieves who steal an ignition interlock device are in for some bad news — the devices aren’t worth anything to them because devices must be issued by the company, and installed and regulated by an ignition interlock provider.

Drivers who are required to install ignition interlock devices must work with a trusted interlock provider to install and monitor the device. Devices are usually stolen because thieves are trying to quickly grab anything in your car that might have value.

If your car also has been damaged, we can help you coordinate with your body shop regarding your IID and also help you schedule the installation of a new device.
